Emergency Rates
There are times, due to circumstances beyond our control, that we may need to charge emergency rates. You will be notified before we send anyone to the site that emergency rates will be charged.
Rates are as follows:
Emergency service call rates: $150.00 service call fee and labor rate of $160.00 an hour plus the costs of material. (There is a TWO HOUR minimum). Once a technician is dispatched, fees apply, and there is no guarantee a technician will be able to return the unit to normal working order.
